Nearly half of the children in Washing County schools benefit from free or reduced lunches leaving them without meals when school isn't in session. Our Backpack Ministry seeks to identify and feed hungry children in Washington County.

Mentoring Ministry

Every child needs someone to believe in them. Mentors in this ministry build relationships with children in our local elementary schools to encourage their best and provide them with a good role model.

Good News Jail and Prison Ministry is the largest independent supplier of chaplains for jails and prisons worldwide, serving in 22 states, 1 American territory and 25 countries. They bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to prisoners and reach those others have forgotten.

Hands and Feet Ministries

Hands and Feet prepares inmates to live productive lives while incarcerated as well as upon their release by helping them recover from the strongholds and dysfunction that led to their incarceration. By helping the inmates, they help their families and especially their children.

Mountain Mission School

Grundy, Virginia
Since 1921, God has brought thousands of at-risk youth out of their distress and into the land of promise that is Grundy's Mountain Missions School.  We serve as home, church, and school to more than 200 kids in need from Appalachia as well as over 60 countries worldwide.

Carson serves in the Middle East. She works with a community center/ library which serves as an educational center that is able to bring people together. She is also building faith-filled relationships with the youth in her area, as well as refugee women.

Amaury and Catherine live and work in Santiago, Dominican Republic. They build the Kingdom of God, by making disciples who make disciples, through prison ministry, youth drama productions, and Christian education in the schools.
